He is also an OSHA SGE, professional auctioneer, professional emcee, identical twin, devoted father and husband. His greatest accomplishments are his successful children and having the best wife in the world for the past 35+ years. Randy will have you laughing, crying and wanting more. His message is simple; Everything You Do IMPACTS Somebody!

Randy is a nationally renown speaker, a VPPPA National and Regional speaker, and an OSHA Special Government Employee. He has spoken at ConocoPhillips, ExxonMobil, LyondellBassell and many more. Randy travels this great country of ours sharing a personal story from his heart that will touch all. He truly wants to impact people so they will not get hurt or killed. The story emphasizes that when employees are injured, family, co-workers, friends and communities are impacted. Randy will have them laughing and crying!
